Bug Report:

Brazillian servers seam to have some problem with the eyes.mdl that comes with ZelTF. Maybe you could replace it and use the original?

yep no worries... i didnt even realise it wasnt the original?
that will be fixed for next version, in the mean-time it is very easy to revert to the original models, just rename /fortress/pak1.pak.

I might be able to host zelTF on TeamFortressXtreme.com, but I am running out of room. Lemme clean up some and see if I can host it for you.

thanks sassa. added link to your mirror and added a very short troubleshooting issues. so if you got any questions ask me on here so i can add them to the troubleshooting section.

let me just say the final version will include

- TFC standard key bindings.
- Easy to customise your own keys for all classes from one file.
- Cleaned up textures and configs.
- New maps

and coming soon: ZelTFserv

one click mvdsv team fortress server, ready to run from you home computer. (ive been hosting one for weeks and have had 10+ in the server on a 1.5mb connection without any problems).

thinkin i might scrap that... seems like a lot of effort, and threre doesnt seem to be that much demand for a select your components style installation. still, i might get around to it in a later version, but first im just trying to tweak the gameplay.

is pak0.pak included in zeltf?

is any gpl packages included?

if yes, then zeltf is illegal but could be made legal with an "ala fquake installer"

this was the reason i went from equake -> fquake.

zeltf uses only the shareware quake pak files, and other ones that I have compiled from various gfx found over the internet, and have given credit to the authors, afaik there arent any graphics used which are hijacked from other games, except a couple of map textures which i will see about removing or changing before the final release. unfortunately im back at uni at the moment and don't have the internet at home making progress a pain, but i should get things going again hopefully. id be more than happy to colaborate with you empezar on working on building an fquake installer, if you are interested?

to be honest the fquake installer is really out-of-date now, so if you are going to use an online installer, it should be a modified nquake installer.

and i don't think i have the time for such a project, but i can help you along the way if you are having problems.
