Hi!
We have cought an Aimboter in EQL
The statement about what will happen to his clan, will come later on!

Demos are here:

Watch the E1M2. Ilf toggles aimbot on and off during the course of the entire match.
http://sassa.f.nu/temp/ilfe1m2.rar

Also check out the DM3 demo. Watch from demo_jump 09:25 until time of death. http://213.113.151.150/aimbot-ilf-nnm/4on4_free_vs_nnm%5bdm3%5d94_tmp2598.mvd.gz

ILF is unquestionably using an aimbot. You can spot the following aimbot characteristics within ILF's pov

E1M2 demo analysis:
-toggling the aimbot on and off causes a really ackward twitch in the pov
-the crosshair tracks the centeral part of the torso of enemy players
-the crosshair tracks the central portion of the torso of killed players few ms after death
-when using rocket launcher, ILF aims rockets direct at the torso of players, as opposed to aiming at the ground below the players feet or surrounding walls
-the aim during shotgun fights is extremely steady, there is no evidence of mouse recentering, or accelerated mouse movements
-the aim movement from point A to B is always linear, and the same speed, characteristic of an aimbot
-upon respawning after death ILF is facing ackward directions with the mouse as he had to disable the aimbot, and is now is using the mouse again to move around

DM3 demo analysis:
-from demo_jump 9:25 to the time of death, demonstrates tracking of enemy players with the above fore mentioned characteristics above

There is no doubt about this one. ILF is using an aimbot, and toggling it on and off during play. Any experienced player of quakeworld can spot this. In my opinion, ILF should recieve a life time ban from all quakeworld competitions. There are no prizes in EQL, people play for fun, why someone would cheat is beyond me. Perhaps ask Bronx.

aye. he's taking more care than most cheaters by not locking on until he has his crosshair at least close to the enemy, but at times it's incredibly obvious he's cheating. question is wether or not his teammates are aware of his antics. if so i presume they're gone from eql
Spell "mogul," Bateman. How do you spell mogul? M-o-g-u-l. Mo-gul. Mog-ul. Ice, ghosts, aliens-

I don't know what to say.
From some moment ilf known in russia as impressive shafter.
check it: http://b1aze.com/files/ilf.rar
its demo from ru section of povotourney (7 month ago).
This DooM's lost was nonsense. And i thought that ilf has incredible low sens. After it i won vs him in next tour of povotourney.
But playing 4on4 with total ignoring of rl and concentration only on boomstick is something new for me .
I seen both demos and think that aimbot is .unpr... (i just cant believe that ilf is cheater).
At least i'm not sure.

Just for your info.
With best wishes, B1aze.

You've got to be out of your mind to think he is not cheating. The e1m2 demo is clear as night and day. The dm3 demo it is more difficult to spot because he uses the aimbot much more sparingly. However, if you look for the characteristics I've outlined above you will no doubt agree with my and other peoples assesment.

Well, a good shafter or not he still can't beat nature's given reflexes to us humans.. When I measure the time it takes before the enemy is even visible ( dm3 at 9:28 ) to the time he has started firing shaft is about 3 seconds when the demospeed is slowed down to 0.25 which should give me 1/400 of realtime.
That gives us 3/400=0.0075 s, they say that faster reflexes than 0,1 s is impossible for a humanbeing, I guess that kinda states the fact.

blaze: such boomstick aim is inhuman. it is as if he had no mouselook. the crosshair just hits in the same place every single time with 100% effi. and his sng is just the same. copies the middle part of the body - hit hit hit..

Definitely using an aimbot there too, 100% sure of it, just look at the way the lg tracks consistently the center of the torso when he enables the bot. This ILF guy should get a life time ban for sure, he's been aimbot for more than 7 months. A real psychopath. Bronx has stiff competition.

well when i checked dm3 i thought like (znappe got another pms night)
e1m2 looked a bit wierd : cant agree 100% with def, but still this boomstick aiming and rl pack ignoring looks WIERD

pov demo is powered by aimbot got no doubt.

the thing i wanted to say is that im 99% sure his team wasnt involved in it, since its more like mixed team, they just took all whos left on a board and ilf was on a good count in 2on2 games etc.

really sad to face facts like those up there :

drkstr(sunzor) of NO!

Checked pov demo and gotta say that you must have balls to pull that kind of thing. 37% LG even if he shoots away many times (to check if lg works alright? eh?)

Just observe his crosshair when he is in boomstick fight. It tracks the enemy player at all times. Humans don't aim that way, they make a shot, re-adjust their aim to a predicted spot, make another shot, repeat, etc. Ilf is tracking the oppponent at all times in between shots and even after they die. Unmistakable aimbot.

I just watched the POV demo. It's obvious that he's using aimbot. Everytime it's too obvious (shafting too well) he shoots a rocket. And he shoots at nothing all the time with LG to keep the LG-procentage down.

At the E1M2 demo it's obvious too. I can't agree more with DEF on this one.

Haven't seen the DM3 demo, it's the wrong URL in sassa's post?

- movement, div8
- teamplay, div8
- gameplay understanding, div8
- rl aim, div8
- gl aim, div8
- sg aim, div0
- lg aim, div0

I mean, a player in division 3 (no offence) don't have 54% sg aim and 37% lg aim. zZz

Regardless, don't need any stats to tell that this is an aimbot.

yea, it's obvious, you can't have that extremely fine aim to follow an enemy through the air and still have your crosshair in his stomach. has ilf replied to this accusation? anyway, thats not human aim. ban his ass4life yo! :<
He is lifeless, he that is flawless.

Sneaky fucking Russian.

Impressive though, that he's been able to cheat for this long without anyone noticing. Gonna check out the demos when I get home from school.

Just watch the demos armadon. There's no denying.

I recorded the specdemo from e1m2 after witnessing series of strange things.
And when znappe had told me just before e1m2 about their evilshafts I got alot more suspicious. On maps like pov and dm3 it's much harder to detect aimbots even though his shaft at times is far too superior for being human.

But what def has listed pretty much sums everything up. And percent is not always suited for judging how good or bad ones aim is, but when ILF pretty much used sg during whole e1m2 probably firing xxx rounds of shotgun ammunition at an average hit of 54% it just aint human.

This is also quite a hard blow for the scene, and maybe new rules where compulsory f_modified, f_version, f_ruleset, f_server is required, counted this is done in the right way with the CRC check, otherwise its useless.

One out of many might not be that big of a thing, but with these demos theres proof that cheating can be done and gone unseen with all new clients.

On a sidenote he also participated last season in EQL. And B1aze said the povdemo was about 7 months old, this means he most likely cheated in previous EQL too. NoNaMe won division 4 without much trouble, ilf didn't play alot of games but I still think people should keep their eyes more open at times :-/ It's so obvious spoting an aimbot, atleast since he played some games on 60-70 ping on e1m2, mostly topfragging and probably with his mad sgaim.

This was the first time I ever watched him and it was blatant already at his first shot. Even though I know people might not have the same routine or wanting to put up suspects since the scene is kinda small and cheating hasnt occured ever since the release of Fuhquake etc.

I agree. His moves/tp and the way he reads his enemies are totally crap - much worse than most div5 players. Yet he keeps gunning down people with mad sgruns that nabbe wouldn't pull off... Still haven't seen the povdmm4 demo, but now I know what to expect. :<
