I use cvs and compile it from source code , i notice new commands like r_bloom , but wher are changelog for this new stuff ? I dont want miss anything new.

RSS feed - the best one - recommended
ViewVC auto-updated - you can miss some commits if new commit is done on the same file after it
Manually updated from CVS logs - contains ALL commits, but gets updated like once per a month.
