like I always said, please try to finish one thing at a time before moving on. No offense but we've seen this happen so many times when people get excited, start multiple projects, then just dissappear.

It's a Ruohis md3 model. My skins are for original models only (.mdl)...

Delete or move the progs/g_rock2.md3 & progs/g_rock.tga.

I have a question though, is it possible to use the player skin without having to use gl_nocolors 1 ? and be able to change colors of pants and shirt aswell? that'd be awesome. Keep up the good work!

Indeed, i'm redoing it totally as i made for gib/armors (resizing/Cleaning).
I work my skins in two steps, always...Once for test, the other one to make perfect...

ok guys, I just had a chat with JohnNy_cz. It seems that all the rulesets (even the default one) disallow the use of modified eyes texture or model in ezquake. It'll be enabled for observing and watching demos though once it is fixed.
