It's important that you contact your captain asap, or otherwise pm ocoini saying you got the teams so i can forward information you might need. Stay online on IRC as much as possible.


Structure: Like the EQL, we will have a league - All the teams play each other once in a Best of 3.
The schedule of the games will be arranged - on a game to game basis.

On Saturday 17:00 CET, we will also be deciding on the map pool. It will be TB3, and most likely two custom maps, if that is what the captains want.
And the standard rules of play that we are familiar with from EQL will apply.

The games will being on Saturday, and we will be working on letting everyone that show up play. It's very important that you get in touch with your assigned captain or ocoini on Saturday, or before if you don't think you can make it.
Check out http://refragged.com/ newspost after the draft to view your team, you will have to get a team password to join your captains team. So try to PM ocoini or your captain for the password.

Going forward the tournament will be scheduled games, as we have some captains that will be unavailable on different times, inform the captain on when you can play. And stay online at IRC as much as you can so the captain can leave you a message. We will try to play as many games as possible on Saturday.

We will start with a league, and depending on activity we will extend to a bracket playoff.

There is a general lack of people wanting to be captains, or have time for it. So far the only ones that have seriously wanted to commit are XantoM, BloodDog and Milton. While other potentials haven't been to responsive.
This is a major problem - As much as not wanting to do it is a perfect excuse that does not warrant any more explanation - The ability for us as a community to do these drafts in the future are seriously diminished. And even completing this one will be difficult.
Seeing as we have enough players signed up for six teams, the lack of captains is most likely the biggest threat to the draft. It would be a real shame if more people wont come forward to captain.
It is a very easy job. The only thing it requires is that you must be reliable and do what you say you will do, and that you stay in touch with me and the other captains. Everything else can be worked out, or you can get help with along the way. Just ask, we are here to help and can work things out together!

As I said, we will be making a minimum of five teams, this will mean that some of you will possibly wind up on teams without any "official captain" since we are lacking - but you will get help from me. Hopefully the other captains as well will be able to help out in anyway they can if I am not there to answer.

Be sure that you take the draft serious if you are involved in it, be online when you say you will be. Be clear about when you are free to play!
