Locktar will obviously win this. DM2 and DM4, without any kenya. He will be unbeatable!

Re: Sign up: OLD SCHOOL DUEL TOURNAMENT: DM2, DM4, DM6.

BO5 rules: Is the point to delay the deciding game to the fifth one, when you have two players which dominate their home maps? Nice idea, but it could be really annoying to have 3 or 4 map game where only two different maps are seen. Plus if you assume that's the case often, why even have BO5 seems like a waste of time tongue On the other hand you could go for BO7! All maps twice, then drop if needed smile

Aaaah too bad reppie, but don't get an overdose of qw. That will only spoil your qw fun.

I think I will sign up for this. Will be a quick knockout tho:)

Well the thing is that it still ends up the same if you do the regular system (except that you put the decider not as the last, but as the middle map.. If its 100% sure on homemap wins)
A: dm4
B: dm6
  : dm2 (A wins and leads 2-1)
B: dm6
A: dm4

On the other hand I really like the regular system for actually forcing play of all TB3 maps directly.

I would say that Fifi, Xantom, Avenger, Para and imo even Bulat and Fix also has the chance to win the tournament.
so it will be f*cking exciting wink

what about me? sad and I don't think fix will stand a chance since he has been looking really rusty lately, and I wouldn't count on xantom being in the top either, but the rest sure sounds H!O!T!

Why were you thinking about timelimit 20, quad and dmm1, while watching LocKtar Nabbe DH final?  I don't get it.

Re: Sign up: OLD SCHOOL DUEL TOURNAMENT: DM2, DM4, DM6.

All weapons (include ssg/ng/sng) on dm6 controlled too ez - ~20sec for full loop without RJ. :-]
Without ssg, ng and sng < 15sec.
Other maps 15-20secs too.
DMM1 ugly for duels...

Re: Sign up: OLD SCHOOL DUEL TOURNAMENT: DM2, DM4, DM6.

I'd like to see a tourney with powerups enabled, but still dmm3 I think (dmm1 doesn't really work nowadays due to the speed players move at, unless maybe you play some bigger maps).

I just like the idea of powerups because they add a extra thing for players to focus on in terms of where they position themselves on the map, plus the cat'n'mouse game you get when a player has a powerup.
