FTEQuake/ezQuake: Tranparent water and teleports

There are commands:
r_wateralfa //FTE - Doesn't work at all
r_tu...alfa //don't remember porper command, but the fact, that in manual it is said that it makes water transparent - Also doedn't work al all

So the question is: is is possible at all to make transparent water/teleports?

Re: FTEQuake/ezQuake: Tranparent water and teleports

ezQuake:
watervis 1
gl_turbalpha 0
then you can:
see thru liquids/teleports when playing on your localhost server, when watching demos and when being a spectator on a public server
you still cannot:
see thru liquids/teleports when playing on public server

well.. it does smthing at last, but it's buggy. Freshly downloaded and installed ezQuake 2.0.1

something missed in config, or a real bug?

@wbonege: Looks like the map (.bsp file) is not watervissed. Original Quake, nQuake and most servers don't have watervissed maps.

also use gl_clear 1 and this will eliminate the overlapping images.
