How do I change this? I couldn't find any command to change them, and I tried extracting a gfx hud numbers into textures/wad. No change.
I find the "blocky" numbers hard to read :-/

I found those numbers in nquake.pk3, which has a textures/wad.
I replaced the number images there with new ones, then rezipped. However upon loading ezq reports that it can't find a bunch of textures/images/charsets etc. I checked the pk3 and they _are_ there.
I checked my zip settings, they are all normal and just 'deflate'. It DID find the new number images, just somehow can't see the rest of the files.
Any ideas?

Ok I think I figured it out.
The image files in the pk3 are .tga, not .png which is what most number images you find online come in.
I converted one to .tga and put it in qw/textures/wad and it worked. So now I just have to convert all of them.
