i were using windows 98 and i changed to windows 2000 ( i use a very old pc ), quake used to work fine but when i changed to windows 2000 their was a problem: in game,the screen starts to shake (only in game,when in desktop it is normal) it is not really shaking but evrything appear and dissepear evry 2 sec,and the problem is not in the screen also not in the game,but dont know where the problem is ?

anyone can help ? (i think it is a problem in a dll file,so if anyone knows what dll are needed in the windows to make software mode or open gl works can post the list here)
