As I'm no longer that active, or atleast not active enough for div1, together with the fact that I can only play on my laptop
i'm now seeking a div2 clan to play in for EQL12 and perhaps the ladder.

I'm not sure how often I will be able to play, since my studies are first priority.

What will happen if cn end up in div1 anyway fog? You know that can happen depending on the number of clans in eql12 and the rest of your lineup etc

Anyway, if you have problems ending up in your preferred division just ask persuader what to do, he will have some hardcore protips for those who want to be moved down...

I thought one should play in div1 if one performed like a div1. Fact is: I don't, nor won't be possible to do it on this laptop, so whats the biggie?

It is a problem which arises each eql with one or more clans...
They sign up someone from a higher div who wants to play in a lower div because of various reasons.
Then they are judged on that lineup and are possibly placed higher leading to a lot of whine and their "starplayer" quitting because he ended up in the division he didnt want to play in...

Im not saying this will happen to you but the chance/risk is pretty high as it happens every season.

I have obviously been playing in div1 before, even if that was over 9 months ago with a CRT and like 20hour gameplay a week. I get your point, and I agree with your initial thought, but time to look at the facts here?

I wont have time to play anywhere near as much as before, and I'm on a laptop with built in screen.

It's not like I'm hiding anything or are coming with false facts. I even asked eql-admins about it, and Zalon joked and said something like: "I wouldn't have a problem with you playing in div3 on a macbook"

But ofcourse it all depends on what opponents we will have etc. If there will be a big div1, then i might be a low div1, or small div1 but big div2, then i might be high div2 etc.
I just don't think I can be competitive at all in old div1 anymore.

EDIT: Atleast there is some time to try it out now, and if it turns out I won't fit in whats supposed to be div2, I'll just have to find a solution to that. Either whole team goes to div1 or I'll find another team.

I wasnt aiming at you in particular fog, you just happen to head in the same direction as alot of players before you and I know the result that most likely will come of it

I just think that there is a reasonable reason for it in this case
