KTX project pages on QW-DEV.net have detailed instructions on how to put up a server of your own.

You can either read KTX wiki or installation help that ships with the MVDSV+KTX package. You can find the installation package from either KTX downloads section or from MVDSV downloads section, it's identical/duplicated on both places.

The new and easy way of setting up a Linux server is by getting nQuakesv server installer. It's easy and fast, and it's recommended! Check the server link at http://www.nquake.com/
