Last night I recorded a 4on4 match - two maps worth - along with the players' tactical voice comms in mumble. I focused on a single team each map.
It is a really interesting look into how a 4on4 team-in-training operates and plays an entire game start to finish. If you're interested in quakeworld 4on4, check it out.
Watch the games here:

I think most people would classify the Quakeworld community as being relatively conservative. The implication being that, in general, a significant number of players (or people in positions of power/influence) are resistant to change and seek to maintain the status quo. Gameplay, physics, maps, player aids etc – these are all topic that have caused much debate over the years.
Iam going to make a movie about qhlan/qwcommunity, plz smile!
Since like forever , i've used logitech mx518 to play qw. As most users of this mouse is aware, the old logitech driver does not support increased USB-pollingrate.
In recent years, I helped kill QuakeWorld. While I did lots of things to help players have better user experience with the game, in the same time I've taken my share in sucking an important part of life out of the game.
Ahoi, Im searching for a div1 player that can fil into this profile:
QuakeWorld is one of the most conservative games ever. Its gameplay does not change over years at all.
Why QuakeWorld does not have a stable influx of new players? The never ending topic in this game and my thoughts on it...
Here's a list of ezQuake tips I figured people might not be fully aware of. With no further comments, let's roll...
Slide has become the "new" thing as the routing system have been updated with exact routes on all servers. The players best race is saved and added to a top10 list for each map!
There are several servers that have this but I go by the CUVE servers top list.
