The eleventh edition of QHLAN is in the works and the dates to schedule in your calendar this time are the 3rd to the 6th of January. The community have not received very much information about the whole LAN yet, but today the signups for the event opened, so make sure to visit the QHLAN website and make people aware about the fact that you are indeed coming!

It is that time of year again, when the Quakeworld players all over europe get organized just to make a pilgrimage to the Quakeworld mecca in Stockholm, Sweden. During a couple of cold days in January the annual QHLAN is arranged and this time it is the eleventh edition of the event. The dates to book are the 3rd to the 6th of January, so make sure that you can get away from studies, work or whatever occupation you have got at present so you can duke it out with other Quakers in Märsta, where the venue is located. This is roughly the same place as last year, but not the exact same venue. This one is close to the one that was used last winter, but with better internet connection and room for more people in the same hall, according to the QHLAN information page.

To stay up to date with the stuff that has been decided about the event i recommend that you keep an eye open in the LAN tournaments forum, and the QHLAN11 topic in particular, on this very website. A few people, like the ever so famous and lethal swedish player Hagge with his crew, have already declared that they are prepared to rock'n'roll at this great event. In the forum you also find out that there are quite a few of the flying dutchmen that are thinking of making it to QHLAN this year (again), and hopefully the usual swedish superstars should show up too. All in all it will be an event that you do not want to miss!
